***NEW*** Yamaha Banshee 465cc big bore cylinder kit.
These are our new 68mm big bore stock appearing Assassin cylinders. These cylinders are a new design from Driveline Performance which include 68mm Nikasil bore, triple exhaust ports, larger intake and transfer ports. We machine these cylinders in house so we can ensure that all cylinder specs are proper for the +10mm (64mm) long rod (115mm) stroker crankshaft. Our cylinders are machined to specific heights so there are no spacer plates required a standard .020" base gasket is included.
The 465cc kit is designed to be used with a 64mm or +10mm stroker crankshft with 115mm rods. This set up requires the cases to be trenched for the proper crankshaft clearance.
This cylinder kit has moderate exhaust port timing for riders who are wanting a broad usable power band suitable for all types of riding. Cylinders can also be used for drag racing.
The port specs on these cylinders are 196 exhaust and 129 transfer durations. The exhaust port is much larger then a stock cylinder so peak H.P. will be much higher.
We have tested multiple exhaust manufacturers on our 10mill cylinders and Shearer pipes are the most consistent. The 465cc cylinders require specific items to make the maximum H.P. so it will depend on what size carbs your using (35mm and bigger is preferred) and which reeds are selected V-force being the best. We have tested other exhaust manufacturers with varying results so it is important on this set up to get the right products to achieve the best results.
2 cylinders Nikasil plated to a 68mm bore size. Millenium Technologies does the plating on these cylinders.
2 Wiseco forged 68mm Blaster style pistons with our custom intake window design rings, wrist pins and circlips.
2 rubber water jacket plugs.
