This kit is designed for higher H.P. engines used in dune/trail quads. We use YZF1000 street bike friction plates which are proven to be very durable, smooth steel plates & springs that are 20% stiffer than stock. One of the keys to our clutch kit is the smooth steel plates. "Dimpled" or "textured" steel plates WILL NOT handle as much H.P. or last as long as smooth steel plates. "Dimples" are concave in shape which reduces surface material causing less contact area which results in premature clutch slippage. We wanted to come up with a clutch kit specifically for the dune riders and trail riders that have stroker cranks and or aftermarket cylinders capable of high H.P. (EX: 4mil cub engines, heavily ported stock cylinders etc..)

I’ve been running driveline clutches for years in several different engine builds. From methonal Supercub drag engines to stock trail bikes and these clutches hold up great. I’ve put them through some extreme torcher and haven't had any issues with them.

very happy with drivelines help an walking me through all my questions ,there parts came fast an clutch works great couldn't find a clutch to hold my 472cc stroker banshee,i highly recommend them ..you wont be disappointed..
