Product Description
These are our new die cast Driveline Banshee cases that we have been developing for the last 5 years. We have made a lot of changes to the OEM design while still retaining the stock look. We have added extra material in all the places the stock cases were lacking for today's larger stroke cranks and aftermarket cylinders.
This set of engine cases are pre-trenched and BORED to fit a 14MM stroke 78mm DM cylinder or a chubby cub cylinder that has the transfers ported to match the DM base gasekt. The transfers on these cases are CNC matched to the DM cylinder shape.
They will fit a 14mill crankshaft with 125 rods..
The folllowing items are included with every case set:
Top case cylinder studs: Qty = 10 ( we add two extra longer studs for cub style cylinders)
Lower case studs: Qty = 8
Front and rear mounting dampners: Qty = 4
Case/side cover locating dowels: Qty = 3
Cylinder locating dowels: Qty = 4
Shift shaft bushing: Qty = 1
Shift fork shaft plugs: Qty = 2
Kick starter assembly mounting post: Qty = 1
Actuator lever bearing Qty = 1
